Prototype 2

For this project I decided to order a few different gas sensors that are compatible with my Arduino Uno board. The MQ series of gas sensors use a small heater inside with an electro-chemical sensor. They are sensitive for a range of gasses and are used indoors at room temperature.

I ordered two MQ sensors online and I purchased an MQ-4 sensor from Tinkersphere. I decided to buy a few sensors to create a proof of concept prototype that detects different types of gasses in the air.
